Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS

Please contact our Customer Service at info@arieny.com to get the return address. Please do not return the item to the address listed on our website.

Our policy is valid within 30 days after signing for your package:

  • Free returns are offered for the first 14 days after receipt of your order.
  • Returns between the 15th and 30th day will be at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective or inorrect items.

Conditions for Returning Items:

  • The product must come in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in the original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet these conditions.

Steps for Returning an Item:

If you have received defective or incorrect item(s):

  1. Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.
  2. Email us at info@arieny.com
  3. Further instructions will be provided via email.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange:

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Free returns for the first 14 days.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs from the 15th to the 30th day.
  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns).
  • No restocking fee will be charged for the return of the product.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns. Follow the instructions above for initiating an exchange.
  • Exchanges are free during the first 14 days after receipt.
  • For exchanges initiated between the 15th and 30th day, customers will bear the shipping cost.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

REFUND

  • You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will not include any return shipping fees (if applicable).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@arieny.com

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • If more than 24 hours have passed, the order cannot be canceled as it has already been fulfilled.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Defective or incorrect items can be returned at any time within the 30-day window with no cost to the customer.
  • No exchanges or returns will be processed after the 30-day period, except for defective products.
  • Contact us promptly for any issues to ensure a smooth resolution.
