Would walking completely barefoot be better than wearing barefoot shoes?
Going completely barefoot is recommended-but only with caution.
Especially in cold weather, you can quickly catch a cold. Of course, standing around for long periods with freezing feet on wet and cold surfaces is not ideal.
Additionally, when walking completely barefoot, you are more vulnerable to sharp objects that might be lying unnoticed on the ground.
How do I find my right size?
Are you between two sizes? Then choose the larger shoe size.
If you have slightly wider feet, we recommend selecting one size up.

Do I need special insoles?
Insoles can help you transition from standard shoes to minimalist shoes. If you make the switch too quickly without understanding what human feet are actually supposed to do, it can lead to problems.
They can also provide protection against the cold and are usually more flexible than traditional shoes with thick soles.
Our barefoot shoes come with a thin insole that can be removed if needed. Most customers wear the shoes with the insole at first and take it out after a while. We also sell additional insoles in our store in case you need a thicker one.
What about socks? Are they needed or not?
The term "barefoot shoe" refers to the fact that the shoe, with its wide shape and lightweight, flexible material, provides a walking experience similar to being barefoot.
Whether you wear the shoe with or without socks is a matter of personal preference.
